Article (51) — Gratuity Calculation Basis
The worker is entitled to an end-of-service gratuity of 15 days' remuneration for each year of the first 5 years, and one month's remuneration for each subsequent year, capped at 1.5 years' remuneration (18 months).
Article (53) — Resignation Entitlement Scale
Under open-ended contracts: <3 years of service (0%), 3–5 years (50%), 5–10 years (66.67%), and 10+ years (100% full gratuity). Female employees resigning due to marriage within 1 year receive 100%.
